We reserve the right to share Personally Identifiable with other NB businesses and our subsidiaries. We also share Personally Identifiable Information about visitors with third-party companies with whom we have a marketing or other business relationship, including Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia, Inc. In the event there is a change in the corporate structure of NB such as, but not limited to, merger, consolidation, sale, liquidation, or transfer of substantial assets, NB may, in its sole discretion, transfer, sell or assign information collected on and through this Site, including without limitation, Personally Identifiable Information concerning visitors, to one or more affiliated or unaffiliated third parties.

NB may also transfer and assign information collected on and through this Site, including Personally Identifiable Information, to MSLO, provided that MSLO will honor the provisions and restrictions of this Policy, including all opt-out instructions.

How does NB protect the information I provide to the Site?
